Things the Seller Will Miss
SNOHOMISH RIVER TRAIL: Less than 1/2 block away, this paved trail runs alongside the Snohomish River. The trail is especially beautiful when the fog rolls in. It's also home to a number of walks throughout the year, including the annual Winter Solstice Walk, when the trail is glowing with candlelight from over 500 luminaries.
CENTENNIAL TRAIL: Known for its excellent walking, running, and biking, Centennial Trail is a 30-mile paved trail that extends from Snohomish to Arlington. The closest trailhead is a quick 6-block walk from the condo. Be sure to stop at Looking Glass Coffee on the way!
SKYDIVERS & HOT AIR BALLOONS: Snohomish is known for its hot air balloons and skydivers, which land at nearby Harvey Field. If you sit on the condo balcony during the summer, the skydivers are so close you can hear them.
LOCAL RESTAURANTS & BUSINESSES: Historic First Street is home to dozens of small businesses, including wineries, breweries, restaurants, boutiques, and antique stores. Roger's Riverfront Bistro, Double Barrel Wine Bar, Snohomish Pie Co., and Andy's Fish House are favorites!
FESTIVALS: First Street hosts a number of festivals and parades throughout the year, including the Snohomish Block Party, Kla Ha Ya Days, the Snohomish Easter and Fourth of July Parades, car shows, and more. The condo is right in the middle of the action.
SNOHOMISH FARMERS MARKET: May through September, take a five-minute stroll to Snohomish Farmers Market. This is one of the largest farmers markets in the state and features a variety of local vendors and food trucks.
STUNNING VIEWS: One neat thing about the condo is in the morning you can see the sun rise over the mountains from the front room and in the evening the sunsets are amazing from the west side deck. This is what I'll miss most.
